Playa Sur Gardens is three four-storey blocks around a garden, 260 metres from the sand in Playa Sur, handed over in September 2023. Because the plot lies beyond the 200 metre coastal zone on the 2024 survey plan, the units are ordinary condominium titles rather than leases, which the land ownership guide explains matters for financing and resale.
The May 2026 price list shows 6 of 62 units unsold, from 109,000 CRC for a 58 sqm one-bedroom on the ground floor to 196,000 CRC for a 96 sqm two-bedroom on the top floor. The association’s 2026 charge is 2.6 CRC per sqm a month, and the statutes set a 30 night minimum stay, voted in 2025.
