Marina Towers stands on the marina in Playa Norte, two eleven-storey blocks over a shared podium with a rooftop pool, handed over in November 2024. The developer’s July 2026 price list shows 9 of 84 units still unsold, from 96,000 CRC for a 34 sqm studio facing the road to 340,000 CRC for a 118 sqm penthouse on the marina side.
The association was registered in March 2025 and set the 2026 service charge at 3.1 CRC per sqm a month. The statutes carry no minimum stay rule as of the August 2026 extract. Buyers should run the title checks on the specific unit before paying a deposit.
