Cerro Vista is a single five-storey block on the ridge road in Cerro Alto, handed over in June 2022 and sold out by the developer in 2023. The August 2026 resale listings show three units offered, from 88,000 CRC for an 82 sqm two-bedroom on the second floor to 139,000 CRC for a 118 sqm three-bedroom with the two-coast view.
There is no pool and one lift. The approved 2026 association budget sets the charge at 1.9 CRC per sqm a month with a reserve fund of 14 percent of the annual budget, the strongest reserve position of the four buildings on this site’s cards.
